  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused and unwashed item for exchange or refund.

    To return an item simply email us at customerservice@myplanetstuff.com and include: your name, email address and order number along with the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you an email with details on how to return the item(s) to our warehouse.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect product we will exchange or refund you for the item(s) and we will send you a self addressed mailing label to return the product back to us. Original shipping costs not refunded.
